Hi there!

I was born in São Paulo, Brazil, and I currently live and work in Seattle, Washigton. I am a ceramic artist and writer. In my ceramics, I weave together design and emotion through hand-building techniques. I create sculptural pieces that merge artistic expression with the beauty of imperfection.

My collection Cicatrizes highlights the transfiguration of marks in the forms of vessels, representing the beauty of a healing body. In different forms and aspects, each piece carries a mark that my mother carried in the last years of her life. These marks transfigure into art, shifting from pain into unique vessels made to hold beautiful flowers.

I continue to create pieces guided by intuition and memory, allowing each work to emerge from a deeply personal place. I transitioned from dark clay to light clay, introducing new colors and forms. This shift opens a new chapter of Cicatrizes (II), a different stage in the process of healing, where the scars evolve into renewed expressions of life.
